Chamber Map It is time once again to produce the Chamber Map! If you did not have a map ad on last year's map, but would like to participate on this year's map, give us a call! We have one small card and also three box ads that have opened up from last year. Call as soon as possible because we are in the final stages of design!

The Chamber map is a 4/4 color production with approximately 80 ads of various sizes. It is distributed through-out the year and is the most asked for resource in our area. If you are a member of the Chamber of Commerce and would like to have maps to distribute, please contact us and we will arrange that also. Your purchase of a map ad on the Chamber Map enables your Moab Area Chamber of Commerce to provide such community events as the 4th of July and the Electric Light Parade. It is the single biggest fund-raiser for the Chamber. We appreciate your support!

Appreciation Day Jeep Ride

Hard to believe, but it's almost that time again! The Chamber Member Appreciation Day Jeep Ride will be held on Tuesday, April 5th. We will meet in City Market's parking lot on the West side at 11:00 a.m.. Call us at the Chamber office (259-7814) to sign up and state your sandwich preference (Turkey, Ham or Veggie). This is a month later than last year and we hope that means the weather will be beautiful! Let us know if you will be riding along or have your own vehicle when you call to sign up. Traditionally the ride tends to leave right on time (or even a little early), be there by 10:45 a.m. so you don't miss the pull-out! The ride will last approximately two to two and a half hours, but you will usually be back to City Market's parking lot by 1:30 p.m. Come kick off the Annual Jeep Safari with us!

Upcoming Luncheon

The monthly Chamber Luncheon for April will be held at Aarchway Inn. They will also be our Speaker and Sponsor for the month. Join us on the third Tuesday of the month, April 19th, and tour the Aarchway, enjoy a catered lunch and see their beautiful facility! Our luncheons are always held at noon, at various restaurants/venues in our area. Visit our homepage, www.moabchamber.com ,for location updates and speakers. We have increased our monthly luncheon cost to $15. This will relieve some of the burden we were becoming on our hosting venues. 2nd Annual Spring Swing Golf Tournament

Mark you calendars for June 17th! We will hold our 2nd Annual Spring Swing Golf Tournament on that Friday. It will be a shot-gun start at 9 a.m. This is also the weekend of Moab City Recreation's Men's Fast-Pitch Softball Tournament. Come support your Moab Area Chamber of Commerce by playing a round of golf before you start your Father's Day weekend. Individual green fees are $75, which includes your cart and meal. We will also have some great drawings for wonderful prizes from our Chamber Members. We are looking for hole sponsors. For $500 you can sponsor a hole and have a team of four. To have only a team, or only sponsor a hole it is $300 for either. If you would like to donate to the drawings or be involved in the tournment, we need you! Give us a call!
